King of Curries, Praveen Kumar has given his classic bhuna recipe a wild twist with this mouth-watering venison curry. Inspired by the authentic Indian bhuna, chunks or marinaded venison shoulder are braised for hours with onions, tomatoes and spices resulting in this rich, caramelised curry.

- Preheat oven to 180°C fan / 200°C / Gas 6.
- Remove sleeve and film lid.
- Place on middle shelf & cook for 45-50 mins.
- Ensure your food is piping hot throughout and allow it to stand for a couple of minutes before serving
Microwave Instructions (CAT E - 800W):
- Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid several times.
- Heat on full power for 6 mins.
- Peel back film, stir gently, re-cover.
- Heat for a further 3 mins.
- Ensure piping hot throughout. Stand for 1 min before serving.
