Delivery

Orders placed via our website will be delivered using an independent third party carrier with nationwide coverage, which has an excellent track record in the handling of frozen perishable goods (DPD). 

Our delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Your order will be delivered on your chosen delivery date, within 24 hours of dispatch. 

Delivery is quoted at checkout (excluding ‘islands’):

Orders up to £50:  £7.99

Orders over £50: FREE

For deliveries to The Highlands of Scotland; our courier requires a two day delivery service and your meals cannot be dispatched over a weekend, so please select a Wednesday or Friday delivery date. Your meals will be packaged appropriately for this longer transit time.

*Please note: in providing delivery to the Highlands of Scotland all customers will technically enabled to select a two day delivery option via their DPD account. Please do not do this if you live in mainland UK; our Standard Terms & Conditions around delivery only apply to a 24 hour service.

Your delivery is classed by DPD as ‘doorstep delivery with no signature’.  No orders will be returned to the carrier depot, they shall be left at the delivery address in a sensible location - at the discretion of the driver.  We recommend downloading the DPD app to your phone if you have specific location instructions for the driver to follow.

Girl Gone Wild is foremost interested in a wonderful customer experience and we are confident you’ll love our products.  That said, if you are left unsatisfied, please provide photographic evidence of the product and send as an attachment to hello@ggwfoods.co.uk.  We will issue an exchange or refund for items at our discretion.
